A taxi driver not greeting a customer is not acceptable. I have not heard about it before. The following are not that uncommon in Boston, however. 1) Traffic jam. This is a common problem. The very costly Big Dig tunnel helps a little, but not a lot. 2) Crazy drivers. Boston's drivers are legendarily aggressive. A car chase scene in a movie - that could be how an out-of-towner will feel. 3) Taxi driver not unloading the luggage. If the destination is a hotel, I think the hotel bell boys will take over. Whoever takes the luggage out gets the tip, about two dollars per bag. That could be why the taxi guy couldn't do that even if he wanted to. Hope Boston gives you a better impression next time.

7。5 可能是波城附近的路桥费吧?最近跑了几趟米国长途(本人实在是喜欢开车,总路程加起来不下10个回国的来回路程),收费收的我好不高兴,居然还有不到500M 的两个收费站!! 还是疯国好,1600 公里的路程(east bound), 一马平川,可惜冬天不能开;司机不给拿行李太不应该,不过可以找个类似门童的一起旅行,不就省得不高兴了?
